The auction ended on July 6th 2023. Any vehicle that has not been paid for by the 21st of July 2023 the auction sale has been cancelled due to lack of payment. Notice was provided by auction website. Vehicles that were paid for and not picked up by the 29th of July 2023 customers will be refunded and the auction sale will be cancelled. No exceptions.
In addition to the website terms:
1- Winning bidders will need to pay with a wire transfer for your high (winning bid) price, 10% Buyers Premium, and Utah Sales tax if applicable. This will need to be paid in full by no later than July 12th, 2023. You cannot pick up your vehicle until it is paid for in full. You will also need to take your invoice showing that you have paid in full in order to pick up your new vehicle.
2- Sales tax of 6.65% will be charged to All Utah buyers. If you are not a Utah resident you will need to sign paperwork stating that you bought a vehicle in Utah and that you need to pay your states sales tax. Kristy Prettyman will be able to email this form to you and then you will have to resent it to David or Kristy Prettyman when you pick up your vehicle.
3-10% Buyers Premium will be added to your winning price, then the sales tax will be added on top of the winning price and the Buyers Premium if you are a Utah resident.
4- Winning Bidders need to Contact Kristy Prettyman at 435.650.0209 to schedule a time to load their vehicle. All appointments need to be made by July 12th, 2023, and vehicles loaded and removed from the current site by July 27th, 2023. All vehicles are located at Willsons Auto Salvage LLC. Address is 50 East 300 South Wellington, Utah 84542.

3- David Prettyman will help with equipment if needed to help load, BUT WILL NOT be held responsible for any damage to anything during the loading process. IF you think that you will need his assistance with loading you will need to contact Kristy at 435.650.0209 for assistance and to Schedule an appointment to load.
4- Removal needs to be done by July 27th, 2023
